What is a Trade mark?

Trade marks are symbols (like logos and brand names) that distinguish goods and services in the marketplace.

As the Uk’s leading provider of rental accommodation facilities for over 45 years we feel it is particularly important to protect our name and to ensure Elliott and its trading divisions and services cannot be confused with any other names. Elliott has registered many trade marks and a sample of these is shown below.

We will persist with protecting the trade marks of Elliott and take the necessary action should they be used unauthorised by others.
