Elliott, the UK’s largest supplier of portable buildings, has announced its merger with Wraith Accommodation.
The combined business will operate from locations nationwide with a hire fleet consisting of cabins, building modules, containers and toilets. The merger makes Elliott and its divisions - including Elliott Hire, Elliott Modular and Elliott Loohire - the UK’s largest supplier in the relocatable buildings industry.
The group is completed by Elliott Fastrack Construction - specialists in the design and construction of fast track buildings for the health and education sectors - and temporary safety fencing supplier Elliott Fencehire.
Elliott Managing Director, Paul O’Kelly said, “The Elliott and Wraith businesses are both leaders in the UK market for relocatable accommodation with similar business philosophies and comparable organisations. The businesses are broadly complementary in terms of services, facilities and organisation. The merger will offer Wraith customers an enlarged range, wider geographical spread and more localised Hire centres.”
Elliott is part of Algeco, the largest portable buildings supplier in Europe. Paul O’Kelly said, “The Algeco Group fleet consists of over 170,000 buildings supplied from 89 locations across 9 countries so Wraith will be part of a large and internationally diverse group focused on portable accommodation with sites across mainland Europe”
