The successful candidate will:
-
manage both the office based and depot based operations teams, effectively scheduling labour and balancing manning levels during peak and low volume times of year

maintain full depot health, safety and security
-
maintain asset register/ stock control
-
produce monthly operations reports incorporating safety/ accident stats/ attendance stats/fleet utilisation
-
work within the Insphire system to maintain and develop operational management of the hire fleet
-
attend monthly management meetings
-
work within budgets to achieve company targets
-
apply a hands on approach and show flexibility when required during peak times preferably come from a similar industry/ engineering background
