Fleet Manager - Elliott Modular (Cannock)

Elliott Modular requires a Fleet Manager to manage its developing fleet of modular buildings. This very important role is to be based within the existing Cannock Administration Office and is seen as a pivotal role to ensure the effective management of the fleet.

 

The role is a new position and one that is seen as a good platform for future progression with the Company. Key duties will include:

 

• Responsibility for four Rental Fleet Administrators

• Managing the Insphire Rental Fleet Management System, rental order processing system and fleet allocation.

• Liaising with Operations in order to manage refurbishment programmes/costs.

• Ensuring effective management of the fleet asset database and control of all disposals of all modular fleet assets.

• Recommending and agreeing new strategies to increase utilisation of slow moving stock in liaison with Commercial & Sales Management.

• Reviewing Sales forecast against current fleet availability to ensure effective utilisation of fleet.

• Produce in liaison with Divisional Management Accountants financial forecasts against budget

• Develop existing and new reports within Insphire Fleet Management System for presentation to Commercial and Board Directors.

• Ensure invoicing is kept up to date.

 

The ideal candidate will have proven man management experience, ability to motivate and drive a team, excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels, worked in a rental environment and had experience of fleet management, be analytically minded and computer literate.
