You will be responsible for managing Design and Build projects, predominantly within the Health and Education Sectors, ranging from £500k to £5 million.
Ideal candidates will have full knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, and be capable of preparing and developing the project Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans. A major part of the role will also involve financial control of the projects you are managing.
